Does Apple turn off iAds for childrens apps?

Does Apple turn off iAds for childrens apps? I have a childrens book app and was thinking of making it free with iAds. I thought I heard that Apple does not push Ads to kids apps. Does anyone know if this is true?

it's not real official, but in this post according to a developer apple confirmed they don't push iads in kids apps:
