No sync with my Ipod

Hi,
I just updated from 0.94 to 0.10, however, my game is not coming out in my Ipod, before the update, it would sync and it would come out on my ipod to test, now nothing......I did notice that when I choose Itunes on the final screen, it goes to to the Itunes Log-In, which before it didn't. Should I log-in and then upload the game, then download to Ipod? Please need direction......Thanks and God Bless....
