Copying a scene - how to make it independent?

I did a copy of one of my scenes as it was easier than to do the whole thing again. However, when I create, or edit an attribute in the copied scene, the changes are mirrored in the original scene.
Is it possible to make both the original and the copied scene independent from each other?
(I tried to search for older threads with the same question but couldn't find anything that could help me).

Hi, it's really good practice to copy scenes in the Home > Scenes section especially for level-type games, and to save remaking HUD stuff, etc; so hopefully you won't be put off from doing that in future! You did well there...
The reason why changing attributes affects both scenes (or all scenes) will be because you made those particular attributes game attributes.
game attributes: for use throughout a game/app by any actor (useful for things like scores, for instance)
scene attributes: for use throughout a particular scene by any actor in that scene
---- so if you make your attributes scene attributes for your original level, then in any copies, you'll be able to change the attribute which will only affect the actor in that particular scene
self attributes: created in Prototypes in the Inspector, before they are dragged out onto screen; they only affect the particular actor they are in
Hope that's helped some.
