About the old version of game salad

Would we still be able to publish iphone game using old version of game salad?

    I mean publishing game to app store , not gamesalad arcade or any html5 games
    Could that be possible?

    @hmchan4 - as I said, yes. But you'd still need an Apple developer certificate to publish to iOS, even if you're using the free version.
    I don't quite understand.
    Could you explain further?
