Mac Store Recjetion for Entitlement com.apple.security.network.server

I was recently rejected from the Mac store because they want to know why the Application needs the entitlement com.apple.security.network.server. I honestly can't answer that question and was hoping some here could or maybe I could turn it off during publishing?
