Undo unable...restitution fail...windows beta problems

Hii everybody, i'm from Brasil and trying to become a windows GS developer.
Some problems ocurred in my GS, and i want to know if is a current problems from windows beta.
My UNDO don't exist ( unable )...
Atributes numbers can't be divided less than 1. Ex.: 0.1 , 0.2 , 0.3 ... ( don't fractionate ).
My touch area ( when i do use slider ) only works when i use "mouse button pressed". Do not works with " touch".
And any others problems that i want to solve with your help. My windows is a 7 and 64.
