When publishing for GameSalad Arcade?

Hello all,
I am developing a game and I need it to be for the GameSalad Arcade. The project platform is set to iPhone Landscape. Should it still publish to the arcade okay even though the platform is set to iPhone Landscape or does the project platform need to be set to GameSalad Arcade to work correctly?

Thanks in advance!

@zimarm5 - Hey Killerpenguins - please don't open a new account to ask questions...

You need to set the project platform to Arcade, not iPhone landscape.
killerpenguins is my business partner. We needed GameSalad pro and I had the funds so I started an account with pro.

Ahh, I see. Well, hopefully that answers your question and resolves the issue!
I am just curious as to why you thought that this account belonged to killerpenguins? Just curious. Also, it does answer my question. So I had taken a file, changed it to arcade and made some adjustments to the camera tracking. Just curious why when I tested it in the previewer and the web-previewer as well it worked fine but when it was published to arcade it started working fine but when I got to the games world select and pressed it, it would not continue on. It would just sit there and keep showing the loading symbol. Do you know why that could be??? Thanks again for you time!

I don't know if this is the answer or not, but I have a game I tried to publish to arcade and i think it freezes whenever there is data in tables.
I have seen it said that html5 does NOT support tables.
But like I said, I don't know if this is true, my game is 115mb, so there may be other reasons why my game doesn't load.
If you have tables, try replacing the table data with attributes and see if you can get past that spot.
  • I have a same issue when I try to publish my game in GameSalad Arcade and I really think it is because of the tables, they should warn about this
