Countdown timer

Hello all,
I've followed Tshirtbooth's countdown timer to the T, and mine does not count down, it only stays at 180 seconds. I've went over it many, many times, i've deleted it and started from scratch just as many times, but it always stays at 180 seconds. I want it to count down from 3:00 minutes, and when at 0 display times up, would you like to try again, with a yes and no option. Yes- restart scene, No- go to main menu.
