TouchX does not work with scrolling scenes (Solved)

I'm constraining and actor to Touch X/Y, but when the screen starts to scroll the actor remains stuck in the 480x320 area at the beginning of the scene. No matter what I do I can't find a good fix for this. Taking off scrollable doesn't work because I need it for collision purposes. Any advice would be much appreciated!
