Help - Saved Game and now it wont open

i have been working on a game for a few days and now when i try to open it i get a blank project in which i cannot preview or add any sheets. The older backup opens fine but i want to be able to restore the one i had been working on. I have restarted the computer but that did not work. Any help is appreciated.

    Follow up. When try to preview the "blank project" gamesalad crashes,

    You probably copy+pasted something from another project, or GS crashed while saving.

    You can throw away this one and start again from an older one version. This one will never work again.
