Deep Blue GS Optimizer - Image Compressor - Any Loss in Fidelity?

Hi!
I was wondering that if I use the image compressor through the GS Optimizer, if anyone offhand, has had any issues with the fidelity of their pics using resolution independence. Any issues on the iPad 3, iPad 2, or iPhone? Any suggestions on best compression settings? I can do a couple of tests myself, but I was hoping someone could let me know and save me a few hours of testing.
