How to make scrolling background for driving game

I've just started evaluating GameSalad and I was wondering if it's possible to create a scrolling background for a driving game like Outrun or Pole Position? Are there any examples of this type of driving game template that I can look at?

    I don't know of any templates, but it is possible, but it would rely on some serious Math. GameSalad is probably not the best suited for those types of pseudo-3D games.
