Icon after publishing - working on device, but not in the iTunes
Hi!
I published a game (as an ad-hoc). On device icon looks very good, but in iTunes it's blank:

I'm just wondering, and I'm afraid that it will look the same after I publish it for App Store, and someone will buy it. Can anyone confirm if this is normal, or is there some bug?

It is a bug and it is present also on the final builds sent to Apple. I've already reported it to GS but I've never received a reply.
The problem is that a file named "iTunesArtwork" is missing from the published build, that file is the one that shows the icon in the iTunes app.

Surely this is a publishing side issue that can be fixed without a Creator update...
I didn't realize this would be a problem even with apps submitted to Apple. -

@gurechan you have a total of 145 posts and don't think IsabelleK will lack anything if you don't help. Besides he was not rude and I think you need to tone down your sensitivity. Do you know the difference between and Adhoc and a distribution build? Get some more time here on the forums earning some strips before you threaten to pull your help. There are plenty of us veterans who know moon and will help. @straightsaladshooter can you tell us the status of this glitch? Thanx. -

@IsabelleK I think we can treat it as an adhoc only issueI just had a game approved by Apple and the icon is showing correctly in iTunes.
I opened the ipa file and now the iTunesArtwork file is present. Probably it is added automatically by the Apple server when it creates the ipa file.

@JCB I have this problem only with adhoc builds. I've published 4 apps on the App Store since this problem was reported and they look good on iTunes.

@SaladStraightShooter - can you use your straight shooting colts, to make GS team fix this ASAP?
If so, you would need to check for an issue in your iTunes connect account.
1. On the device.
2. In the App Store.
The issue is with the icon after you import a build to iTunes (check the screenshot - there is my apps library, and the new, published app (highlited).

This is the same with ad-hoc builds as well..
@SaladStraightShooter - any updates on this issue?
