How can I make my actor be on the back of other actor?

How can I make my actor be on the back of other actor?

I mean If I have already actors on my scene, then how can put my new actor behind those actors or specific actor?

Top left of the program you will see a Game and a Scene button, go in scene, then layers, and from there you can control all your layers
