Hey guys,
I have some questions to Amazon and Nook, I hope you can help me a bit
Amazon: First year is for free right? Then 99$....
I just signed up and wanted to fill in my payment datas, but I can't type in an bank account or so, is it only possible when I have the first sales or?
Nook: Can I publish for Nook when I am from europe? And also when I don't have a company?

Yes first year is free, after you can pay 99$
Amazon just now introduce (EFT) payement for EU,
where you use your banking accounts like itunes connect etc...
but unfortunately many countries are not supported, for example
italy is not available for (EFT), and i think they use a cheques for payements;
