Adding new iPhone and Xcode

Arghhhh Matie. Me previous iPhone broke, so I got a new one and I need to test my app on it. Do I need new certificates, keychains, etc. for this new cell through Apple being that it has a different serial number? Please help.
I believe I have the latest Xcode (4.2) but not quite sure. If ye helps me I won't make ye walk the plank. Harharhar.

    Hahar matey! You be needin' to install certificates after registering said device in your Apple developer account - and be quick about it laddie, the tides wait for no man and the sea is a cold dark mistress of the night!

    Plug in your iPhone to your Mac and open Xcode then go to Organizer-->Devices find your iPhone on left menu and right click on your new iphone and select "Add Device to Provisioning Portal" once its done you are good to go....
