GM Seed Build

Should I wait for GS to say its ready to upload our game for the second time (final build) or just do it now? Basically is the GM Seed part of their server ready, or does it not even matter as of now? Thanks!

    I just finished my app today, so do I HAVE to submit a Beta 5 version before I can submit the GM Seed version, or can I just go ahead and submit the GM when its ready without submitting the Beta 5 version? Haha, I almost confused myself there!

    Once GS has there GM set up you will upload with that. Afraid you're too late for launch day

    If you haven't submitted anything yet no need for beta first. They want everyOne to use gm seed now. Alot of these posts could be avoided by keeping current and reading the info on itunesconnect.

    Hopefully well have it soon.
    I'm not worried. Gs has done a great job and I can't imagine them not coming through.
    Of course keeping with tradition well never know lol

    I'm wondering how they're going to announce it. I learned about 0.8.4 because GameSalad crashed. When I rebooted, it told me about the upgrade. I don't think that I'll get a similar notification when GameSalad moves over the non-beta iPad code.

    I was thinking the same thing. I am sitting here for the last several hours just waiting. I need to go grocery shopping. Hopefully it is ready when I get back.

    I could be wrong, but that GM Seed business would be behind then scenes anyways. No need for an update.

    That's the point! If there's no need for a new version of the GameSalad software... only a change to the sever-side code... how am I supposed to know when to recreate my app with the new code? I'm watching the forums, looking for signs of an update.

    Woohoo! We all new it was coming, we are just anxious!

    I'm thinking the first month or two from the release is going go be a great opporotunity for all of us! Yes the launch is valuable, but there are people making thousands still on an oversaturated year old market for the iPhone!

    It's exciting!
