Nook Agreement

Hey guys,
I have a very important question and couldn't find the answer on the web. I was accepted as a nook developer
but I am not having a company or a US bank account. I am a private person based in Europe. Is this a problem for Nook?
Because I read that you need a US bank account and so on. When signing in I told them that I am located in Europe, although
I was approved, so I am not sure if I agree now with their contract or no.
