I just wanna know how can I create a beautiful 3d image with gamesalad for my game, because I have only paint, and its not very beautiful. I wanna do some nice 2d-3d graphics

Regardless of the program, it's the artist that makes good graphics. If art/graphics aren't your thing, you may want to check out the Marketplace for some quality images.

For 3D graphics you could use blender or cinema 4d, I've been using them for my projects at work.
