I updated and published an ad hoc of 3 different games I've made it and everything was ok, so I would say go for it...

OK I want to take the plunge.
I have a previous SDK app rejected and it was based on iAd errors apparently...something major has changed in xcode 4.5.
Has ANYONE had an app accepted recently using previous SDK (4.3) and iAds?
Now iOS6 is official what is GS stance - can you enlighten please
