Big amount of graphics

Hello! I want to create an interactive comic strip for iPad, and I want it to be like a single image, which you can scroll from left to right, about 8-10 screen width. It will contain a lot of interactivity and animated characters. We can imagine that it will be really big in kilobytes - graphics, animation etc. As I am not so good with GameSalad, I would like to ask more experienced guys: is it will be possible? I mean - is there a way to put together in one single scene all I want, but avoid the loading time/memory issues? Thanks in advance!

properly sized graphics, with motion / actions when selected but otherwise limited in its interactivity...
Yea, its more than possible... it sounds more lightweight than alot of games.
especially if you are good in photoshop, this type of project should be a really good starting point in learning GS.

AcceleratedGames, the reference looks very useful, I will use all the tips from there.
3itg, thanks for assure me :)

Just another question - is it possible in GS to load the actors into the scene after some event? For example - to make some tricky things as so: in my comics, when the player scrolls the scene to some point, the scene stops scrolling, some small animation appears and during that animation all necessary actors loads into the scene.

    Hello @alexlaptev

You can spawn in actors. So after an event, spawn in actor to position you need. You just use the spawn behaviour. Hoped that helped

    All the best
