animation behavior random order issue

whenever i added my png files for my actor's animation, gamesalad decides to scramble them. why is that? this happens to ALL my imported animation. for example:

i highlight 1.png, 2.png, 3.png, 4.png

and drag them into the actor's behaviors.

but gs messes up the order of animation frames. like 1243, or 1342, and so on.
this is REALLY frustrating when dealing with 24-30 frames or more. i hope they fix this in the next update.

This is a long-time going issue. Yes, hopefully an update does help as it really does not like higher frame numbers even when they are in perfect numerical order/sequence.
They are other methods for carrying out an animation, but honestly an animation behavior should be just that and handle all those tasks without micro-managing the backend, but it works! and it is beta...It'll get there.

    Hi @3xL

I've not had problems with this in the past and just checked with a test file, still no problems. Maybe select - with shift held down - the first and last png file in the sequence to select them all, drag them out and see if that makes a difference....

That's how I did it. I usually do it like this. I also make sure the selection is in order
