Player upload picture on actor?

Hi!

I just started exploring this fantastic program.
Looking and learning from the tutorials.

Is it possible to add a "blank" actor with fixed circle to let the player upload a picture in?
I have this actor that have like a body and a white circle there the player can upload a pic on him/herself.
