Testing HTML5 game

Hello,
I am user of windows version but I can't find where I can test my game for HTML5. Do I have to upload the game to Gamesalad Game Arcade and put all the description and image thumbnail etc. to test it?
Because when I click File - Export there are just 2 options Macintosh Creator and JSON. All I want is HTML5 export to test the game. I was searching for this obvious information but I didnt find the clear answer.
