Delete Nook account

Hey guys,
I made a dev account at nook. I got accepted as a developer but didn't agree on the contract yet. I found out
that I as an European have no chance to publish an app at the moment. So that's why I want to delete my account.
Nook didn't reply to my question yet, so does anyone maybe have an idea?
