No doubt you'll find someone willing to make some noise for 10 USD. Which is pretty sad. You'll get what you paid for, though! Don't expect professional work.

I like to get paid by bank transfer because PayPal takes fees. Or what do you mean by "how to pay"?

Have you checked the marketplace yet? There are a lot of tracks there that might fit the bill.

If I recall correctly @gyroscope made some pretty cool ambient tunes and he has a knack of hearing colors and seeing sounds.
