@bjandthekatz I used Adobe Muse. Got to say that it's very easy to use and has great features like master pages. Link: http://www.adobe.com/products/muse.html

Edit: If you think about buying it I'd recommend buying the whole creative cloud set because the price difference isn't so big. (creative cloud has photoshop, illustrator, after effects etc.)
