Why do some of my games publish and some don't?

nope just says this and never changes
Your app was queued for generation on Oct 05 at 01:46 UTC. It may take a couple of minutes - why not go brush up on your knowledge of GameSalad while you wait?
some will go to the play game but most won't also it logs me out a bunch also.

That happens to me sometimes too.
I usually just wait a couple of minutes then click sign app on top right and everything still works fine

Refresh the page and you should be able to sign.
