How can I benefit from 1000+ downloads a day?

Ok so my game has been in the top 50 strategy, top 200 action and arcade for quite some time and it seems to be movin up quite quickly in the charts and more and more downloads each day I don't have gamesalad pro "yet" my game is currently free how would I benefit from it at this moment in time ?

    You are already benefitting. Word of mouth, name recognition. The more titles you have under your belt the better. You don't have to go pro just yet, but your next title or thereafter you may want to strongly consider it for add revenue or paid apps. Your trucking pretty well. Be pleased!

    Indeed, as @RP says word of mouth is an excellent thing to have. Also, just to think that thousands of people around the world are playing your game is fantastic, isn't it? It blows my mind!

    Glad to hear the game is doing well! It will give your next game a head start. Take angry birds for example, the first game was a great success, when they released their second one (angry birds space), BOOM! 10 million downloads in the first 3 days.

    @Tice , one could personally email everyone who downloaded a free game, and ask them for a dollar.

    If your free game really is doing that well and maintaining that level of downloads then you have set yourself up for future success. you could go and change the price and kill your exposure or you could use the clot your free game has earned you.
    You should consider making a new game and marketing it with "From the creators of ..Awesome Game.." If your free game was great. Reviewers will remember it and want to see what you've got next.

    Personally i would leave it because like most people have said, any future games will get a head start which is a good thing. However if you spent heaps of time and want to get rewarded, this would be my choice if i wasn't too worry about what other game i would be making.

    Don't put in ads, ads ruin it and makes a large percentage players leave the app. Apps don't have that great atmosphere. Take Project Boom for example, another GS game that went free with no ads. Its great, if they put in ads i wouldn't play it.

    Use iaps. Make a brand new content, level update or introduce super powers, coins or something. You have to be smart with it that it doesn't affect the everyday player. So make it that if they want to buy more coins to get the more expensive updates, let them have a choice to do so. But don't make it that the players who don't spend money can't play the game and still enjoy it.

    If adding new levels, make heaps of unique levels, adding different features that people can buy if they really like the game. But maybe provide an example of one level that has the new feature in it.

    Overall info is to give people choice. If they want to be the best and have the most coins, so be it and let them, they will be happy, you will be happy, and everyone else will be happy because they can still play and not be interfered with ads. For this you will need to upgrade to pro for these features.

    People who spam their games with ads and then make them pay to remove them, i don't play as much.

    Just my opinion, but if your planing a bigger better or new game, let the downloads keep coming, word of mouth will get around.

    Give it time for now. When it seems like your app is at its peak and doesn't seem to be going any higher, change the price to $0.99. That is when you will be getting your most purchases daily. When you do this though, your sales will dive and your app's rank may dive.

    easy. 2 options.
    1) change price to $0.99.
    2) leave it free. your next game when released, charge $0.99 and in the description of your current game, right at the top, say try out your new game.
