I can't find the color wheel palette anymore- crayons, aquapro, apple, developer, but NO color wheel

When I double click on the color attribute color selector, I get a pop-up menu. It gives me a drop-down menu which has "web safe" "crayons" AquaPro" "Developer" & "Apple"-- however it doesn't give me the traditional color wheel palette. Is it gone? Where is it?
