As @uptimisik said, it is possible to do a 'fake 3D' game with GameSalad. I would agree with uptimistik, though - try some simple stuff first before diving into this. Perhaps get a few games under your belt and then try something like the fake 3D.
However, I thought I would provide you with something that might help in the future. Stormy over at Stormy Studio has a 3D block template that could help with whatever game you would be making.
Pseudo 3d or 'Fake 3d' is actually quite simply in GameSalad, It can be accomplished through reflections, or simply mathematic algorithms, This is demonstrated through Stormy's template and can even by stumbled across by accident - Which is how I found out about converting your object throughout an algorithm for which way it was to be reflected to make it look 3D, Pseudo 3d is now even easier now that we have tables!
I have a 'fake' 3D template ready to go which you may find interesting - I'm currently in the process of trying to get it onto the GS Marketplace (but it's a pretty slow process it seems!)...
