Tile Graphics never work for me

No matter what i do, i cannot get the graphics to tile. I can create a 64px x 64px solid square in Illustrator. Bring it in GS, Set it to Tile in both directions, set the tile width and height. When i resize it in the scene, i always get a 1px blank line in between the tiles. Am i missing a setting somewhere, or the graphics have to be a certain DPI, or do i export the png file differently? I tried everything i know. I get the blank line in the creator and the viewer. I look at other peoples work, and see how they have it setup and mine is identical to theirs.

If it's a Mac game then you're out of luck since the lines are showing also in the final published build.
