Adhoc Help

So after spending a couple of days grappling with the publishing system I finally got it to recognize my Provisioning profile, but there's a problem.

I set up the profile for adhoc so I can test it out, however, after signing the app I have the option to upload to apple. What happened to the test option? If it still exists, how to I get it to pop up?

Any help would be great. I'm really at my wits end here.

Double check that your profile is indeed an adhoc just incase. It's a little more of a hassle but you can sync your game.app through iTunes onto your iPhone.
As @patapple suggests if you have your .app file published through Gamesalad, drag it into the Apps section of iTunes and then drag it from iTunes and drop it on to your device as listed on the left hand side of the iTunes screen under the Devices heading. iTunes will then copy it onto your device.

Do you have the game file? if yes, you can now install it on your device

I have the GS file and the .app file. How would I install the .app file on my device?

Yeah, tried that. It wouldn't let me drop it into itunes. I triple checked for adhoc. As of now it's the only provisioning profile on my computer. I guess I wipe it all and start from scratch again tomorrow. This used to be so easy...
