Is copying and pasting actors broken in the latest windows version?

I love all the new stuff and was rocking out this game until I tried to duplicate an actor type to create a different version and copy/paste doesn't work?!

    Alt+Click-Drag to duplicate an actor prototype in the windows version.
    Copy/Paste does not work.
