Pro Membership Paid For, But Not Showing.

Hi , I have paid for a Gamesalad pro membership through Studica as I am a student, I have confirmed it and all is working in the creator. In the Gamesalad creator it shows the pro membership but when Im publishing online It says im not a pro and asks me to pay for pro membership to publish to Android and remove ads. Can someone please help me ?

    How long ago did you go pro? If you did it recently, it might just still be processing everything. I would wait a little bit longer, then if you still have these issues a few days from now, email support.
