Rotating from an anchor point

My player is a back circle with an arm sticking out holding a gun (top down view), how do I make it so the arm rotates around the player with the gun (all one actor) the obvious thing to do would be to set an anchor point in the centre of the circle, how do i do that?

    You need to use cos and sin.

    I have attached a project with a note to help you set it up.
