how do you touch one actor with out touching the one in the back?

1) i have a screen that can be touch and spawn actors.
2) i also have a bomb that sit on the screen that can be touch and explode.

problem......when i touch the bomb, i also touch the screen behide it and the screen spawn an actor.
i want to be able to touch the bomb and make it blow up. and the screen stay untouched.
