Problems with converting iPhone to iPad

I have followed the instructions in the sticky thread and while I can see the screen size successfully converted in the GS simulator, when testing on the iPad 3 it just resized back to how it was (ie: not scaled).
It is like the attribute isPad = true was ignored for some reason.
Did I miss a step or something?

Can somebody help me?

Well it seems i might of found the problem, I also had to change the camera size as well ..
