App Icon is blank?!?

So our new FREE game Rolling Bones is out but it has a blank white icon after download?

We have released a lot of games and never had this problem so really not sure what is wrong but very disappointed.

iPad was rejected because of the blank icon but somehow iPhone got through.

Hi Darren, I had - have - the same: a blank, white icon after I downloaded my End of the Earth app update... (this was for the iPad).... not much help to you, but at least you know you're not the only one in this case, I guess...

I downloaded an app made by someone here at GameSalad... yep- white blank tile. Is this a brand new feature of GameSalad

My icons are blank too... whats going on?

When you upload HD retina size icons, make sure the icon is loaded in your browser and is visible, only then press generate. Same with the splash screen. Because the files are heavy it takes time for the site to fully upload it.

I had blank icon the first time, after that never had any problem.

I would also request GS to put some timer or percent loader for icon, splash scene, generation of app and its downloading, so we know its uploaded/ downloaded properly or not.
