Gamesalad creator not working properly, help.

After downloading a couple of templates from GS marketplace and DBA project re-sizer yesterday, my Gamesalad software wont run properly. Symptoms: when using preview the current project seems to miss every second beat but then comes right for a few seconds before doing it again. (I have tried previewing the same project on my iPad and it works fine). The problem gets progressively worse, then after about five minutes working on the project the software just slows right down. At this stage, things like drag and drop and scrolling stop working. If I shut it down and restart, it does he same thing.

I have tried running completed projects that where working fine 2 days ago but still does the same. I have also deleted the DBA software in case there was some conflict between the software but no change.

If anyone's got any ideas or had a similar issue, would be great to hear from you. I love this software and my workflow has ground to a halt. Please help.

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the program?

Thanks for your answer but I tried un and re installing but to no avail. The problem persists unfortunately and I am on the verge of looking for a different platform to work on.

Press the restart button if you are getting a grey preview screen.

Did you solve this yet? Im having the same problems since installing the resizer a few days ago

It's the ram problem. I have 12 gb ram, so it doesn't effect mine work but for you guys it will be like hell. If you open the activity monitor you wil notice that it's taking over a GB of ram maybe about 1.5. This happens often if some code is giving memory leak or if you hit the back button a lot instead of pausing while running the preview. Best thing to do is save your work. Close windows, quit or force quit gs and then restart. That solved any time I had any lag which was when above 2gb of memory being used.
