GS Windows question

I apologies in advance if this has been answered elsewhere, just can’t find the answer. What I would like to know is what exactly can I do with GS Windows basic running on Vista? Once I create my game what do I do with it?

    So its pretty much limited compared to the Mac version. Also one more question, if I wanted to go pro would I have to pay for 2 separate GS versions i.e, Windows and Mac or does one payment include both?

    The payment covers both platforms. And yes currently the windows version is limited due to Apple not Allowing iOs publishing from anything but a Mac.
