Will this sprite sheet cut the mustard?

Ive been working with sprites for the last few days and I'm ready to submit some of my designs to the market place. I need some guidance (will Gif work better?, resolution, etc...) Please help!!!!




I used flash for the animation, then I exported it as a png.
