Application loader problem with the end wrap .app HELP!

so when i compressed my app to turn it into .zip and uploaded it to application loader it tells me my gamesalad game must be a .app so what can i do i already tried to change the end wrap to .app but it still does not work

    Have you published the app via the GameSalad creator? This creates the .app version that you then upload via the application loader. You can't upload the GameSalad file.
