Trying to make the health bar stay static with camera view

I am trying to make it so my player actor can move around the background, which is larger than what is viewable, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to do this, or find someone else asking this question. I do see that it was done in Cannon Physics, but I don't see where they have do it. But basically I want to know how in Cannon Physics, the HudPower was able to follow the camera so it doesn't ever move it's position.

If you go to your layers list there is a tick box. Make a new layer on top of the default 'background' layer. Put your health bar in the new layer and un-tick the box.
Now will stay in the same position.
This is more of a problem if your level is wider than the default width or height etc.
Its not a huge deal if you do. You can simply drag the layer back ito the bacground layers (or however you have it set up).
But it can still cause what may at first to be glitches- when in reality is just layers being listed under the wrong scrollable/non scrollable section.
