Does GS allow us to create different kind of apps and book style apps?

I am planning on creating apps based on my game in the future, including comic style book apps with very little game play.

I have seen others making tracing apps and stuff so I think it should be allowed?

According to ethics we cannot create a Game engine out of GS ( if at all it is possible), other kind of apps should not be a problem?

Also if I create a book app, that won't have any problem with apple developer license? Maybe they have some other licnese for book apps? I am not sure.

Can any one help?

Yes you can make book apps. iTunes actually has a section on the App Store for interactive books. These are completely different from ebooks.
