My Windows 8 - app failed the Direct3D test?

My app was rejected in the Windows 8 store.

Not sure how I can control this in Gamesalad? The game works great on the iPad.

Is there a config option I need to set in Gamesalad?

Your app doesn't meet requirement 3.10. Learn more
If your app includes an ARM or a Neutral package it must support Microsoft Direct3D feature level 9_1. If your app doesn't support ARM it must support the minimum feature level chosen when you submitted the app. Because customers can change the graphics hardware in their computers after the app is installed, if you choose a minimum feature level higher than 9_1, your app must detect at launch whether or not the current hardware meets the minimum requirements. If it doesn't, the app must display a message to the customer detailing the Direct3D requirements.
