iAds is not working in my published game

I made sure that everything is ok with my project and made sure that i enabled Apple iAds in gamesalad publishing server.
I enabled iAds through itunesconnect too for my game.
now the problem i dont receive any impressions or requests on this game , in iAd center i can see my game and there's a (Live ads) statement so it should be working fine.
any advice?

My other game is published with 0.10 too but the iAd is working fine and i can see both requests and impressions

Yes, because now there's a problem between GS 0.10 and iAds,
i have 2 lite Free Apps that have make over 4.000 downloads in
few days, but my request and impression are equal to 0.00%
it's probably an issue introduced with iOS 6;
i hope it should be fixed in the new GS release, Bye.

Guys i dont know what to do, i got 50k+ downloads for my new game Glass-Pong and i still got 0 impressions in iAd report, should i resubmit my game? im really pissed coz my game is out there and i dont generate any revenue on the iad side.
what should i do?

Are iAds (or at least the placeholder banner positioning) supposed to show up in AdHoc builds, or only on the iOS Viewer?
