Help PLEASE publishing to Game Salad...

I have made a test game in the WINDOWS version of Game Salad, and according to the directions, I can easily upload this game to html5 easily by clicking on Publish. Everything goes through like it's going to publish, but then I get a message that says "Uploading Game" which NEVER changes, even after 24 hours.

I am on Windows Vista, NOT Windows 8 or 7. WHAT GIVES??? HELP PLEASE!!!! ANY ideas??? This is SOOO frustrating!

    You can try to refresh the page after 15 minutes or so, and see if it's available to download. If not, try again and see if it works. They've been having issues with Windows 8 Publishing, but I don't know about HTML5, but try it a couple of times, and if still nothing, contact support.
