Issues with physics, actors - help please!

my actor should land on platforms but he is falling down and then also down the ground even if i have everything set right any help?
Btw im on Windows, might that be a problem?

    If your actor is falling through things that it isn't supposed to be falling through, then everything is decisively not set up right.

    We need much more information to help.

    but i just have the same set-up as yesterday and yesterday it worked perfectly fine not today...

    i am new but make sure the walls are set to non moveable and no bouncyness. make sure the actor has a collide rule. maybe you accidentally deleted something or didnt save at the right moment and lost some of your work?

    make sure you have all the collides right, and that you have the right layers
