Updating iPod/ iPhone Game (.8.4)???

I'm going to publish an update for my iPod/ iPhone Game and I was wondering, when you go to publish it, it says supportable orientations do I have to select the portrait one or can I select none? Thanks in advance!

I think what it means is what orientations your app uses.
If you've got no auto-rotation and it's just one landscape orientation then you select that only
If you have auto-rotation and set to auto-rotate both landscape orientations then you tick those two
Same with portrait or all 4 auto-rotations
